This September, I’ll be returning to Africa to serve in Kampala, Uganda for five months. During my time there I’ll be working with Kyampisi Childcare Ministries (KCM) on their campaign to end child sacrifice, as well as serving alongside them in the local village. After spending three weeks with them in the summer of 2012, my heart was completely sold out for this country and ministry, and I knew the Lord was not done with me there. For now, He has called me off the World Race and allowing me the incredible opportunity to return to the country where I left my heart. However, without your financial support, this trip will not be possible! In total, I am aiming to raise $8,000. What will that cover? My plane ticket to and from Uganda, my lodging and transportation while in country, my visa, and the pile of malaria pills I’ll be required to take. While $8,000 might seem like a daunting number, we serve a God who is the ultimate PROVIDER and I know He has a plan to bring in each and every dollar. Today, this became a reality. After this school year, I’ll be heading to 11 different countries in 11 months. Where, you ask?
Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia, India, Nepal, Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda.

My co leaders and I will be preparing to take 13 high school girls to Uganda.
I feel like just yesterday I was going on an Ambassador trip myself, preparing to meet Team Romania and having no clue what was in store.
Next thing I know, it’s two years later, and not only have I gone to Romania AND Thailand, but now I’m LEADING a team.
I can’t believe this has arrived so quickly.
And my grandparents just mailed in their donation.
I could have used it for travel expenses/in country expenses, but now it’ll go into the overflow fund that I can’t access. Oh well. Trying not to focus on that.
